Certification that means something

Like the Sentricon specialist network, our badge is valuable because it's earned — and because it can be lost. Film installation is a craft: measuring, prep, technique, and the annual re-tape. Here's exactly what it takes.

The path to Certified

Four steps from application to your Find-a-Pro listing.

Application review

We review your business, service area, and licensing. Approved applicants are invited to training.

Coursework

Surface science, perimeter measuring, Nano Film install technique, surface prep, safety, the $25/month annual re-tape service, and the sales playbook — per-foot quoting, objection handling, and selling the film alongside sprays.

Hands-on install review

Complete a supervised film install to our standard. Measuring accuracy, technique, coverage, and finish are all graded.

Certification & listing

Earn the Certified Slick Barrier Pro badge, get listed in the Find-a-Pro locator, and unlock wholesale Nano Film pricing and the marketing kit.

Staying certified

Certification isn't a one-time trophy. Every year, pros complete a recertification review.

📚

Annual refresher

Short update course covering film improvements, new install techniques, and program changes.

⭐

Quality review

Customer feedback scores and install audits. Pros who slip get coaching — pros who fail lose the badge and the listing.

🔁

Re-tape standard

Certified Pros deliver the $25/month plan's annual inspection + re-taping to the same standard everywhere: yearly inspection plus re-taping of high-wear areas like door thresholds and garages.

What your techs learn to say

We train every tech to sell with confidence: the three differentiators — the unclimbable film barrier, the shelter it takes away from the home, and sprays that work up to 40% better — plus per-foot quoting they can do on the driveway.
